Payment

How can I pay?
UPI or Cash on Delivery. No cards, net banking or wallets.

Is there a Cash on Delivery fee?
No. COD is available for eligible orders and PIN codes at no extra charge.

Can I get a GST tax invoice?
No. We are a small online retailer currently below the applicable GST registration threshold, so the business is not registered for GST, no tax is added at checkout, and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN. An order invoice travels with the parcel; it is not a GST tax invoice.

Delivery

What does delivery cost?
Free above ₹999; a flat ₹49 below that. Delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed.

How long does an order take?
Handling 1–2 business days, then 2–4 business days business days to metro cities and 4–8 business days to the rest of India — 3–6 and 5–10 days in total. These are estimates.

Where do orders ship from?
Thane, Maharashtra. We ship across India and not outside it.

Can I collect my order in person?
No. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom.

Will this tripod hold my camera?
Check the load rating on the page against your body and heaviest lens together, and allow a margin.

Is the sensor swab size right for my camera?
Swab width is stated per pack. Full frame and APS-C take different widths.

Will the bag fit my kit?
Each page states the interior dimensions. Measure your body with the lens attached.

Is a camera included?
No. Cameras and lenses shown in photographs are never included.

Returns

How long do I have to return something?
Contact us within 10 days of delivery. The item does not need to reach us within those days.

Something arrived broken.
Contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the parcel and its contents; an unboxing video is strongly recommended. We arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Who pays return postage?
The customer pays for a change of mind. We cover it when the item is damaged, wrong or incomplete due to our error.
